The care is decent so far as I'm fairly new to this practice. But the wait times are ridiculous, like schedule for an hour later if I'll just be sitting in the waiting room for an hour after my appointment start time. It takes 2 hours for a basic check up. I don't know if its just new patients but I'm waiting now for labs and almost at an hour to the walk in lab testing they said I didnt need an appointment for. My time is valuable just as theirs is and if time management isnt important to you, this is a great fit. Edit: left without my labs an hour after arrival, will not be back. They have more admin talking in the front then they have Dr's and nurses to care for patients. Do not recommend.

I arrived this morning as the first time patient I was greeted and filled out the regular papers. I was called to the back almost before I finished filling out the paper the nurses were very nice and professional so was the receptionist although I would have rather so a doctor the PA was very welcome ,professional, and efficient. I would give them a 9 out of 10 only because I would love to go back. Only 10 mi away from my home by the time I got home the pharmacy had notified me that my medicines were ready this is the first time that this ever happened usually I have to wait maybe an hour or two sometimes the next day, oh did I say my insurance which is United healthcare very nice people got me my appointment for the next day 8:30 in the morning when I first thought about it I was like man but everything went so well that I ended up having a great day. I would like to thank everyone at the office the receptionist my nurse and the PA for treating me with respect, listening to my needs and I felt very welcome. I will recommend this office and staff and will be back in 3 months. Can't wait never said that about a doctor visit.

I had an outstanding experience with my doctor “Dr. Morris “ She is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely compassionate and caring. She has an open mind, takes the time to truly listen to my concerns, and never makes me feel rushed. She is always available to answer my questions and consistently follows up to check on my progress, which shows how much she truly cares about her patients. Her communication, attention to detail, and dedication have made me feel supported every step of the way. It’s rare to find a physician who combines professionalism with such a personal touch. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who is attentive, understanding, and committed to providing exceptional care. Thank Dr. Christine Morris I appreciate all you’ve done for me.

I had an excellent experience today at North Atlanta Primary Care with Dr. Hearn. Dr. Hearn was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the office was welcoming and well organized. I never felt rushed and appreciated the personalized attention I received. I highly recommend Dr. Hearn and North Atlanta Primary Care to anyone looking for outstanding medical care. Thank you for a great experience!

Great care as always with Dr. Christine Morris. They’re always great in this office. Friendly staff, and Emilie LeCroy at the Quest lab is super awesome. I am a hard stick when it comes to drawing blood. Usually requiring several sticks. She got me on one stick and I barely felt it. I have been a patient with this group for a long time. Since 2014. Always got great care.
